Apprenticeship feedback

I will forever be grateful for all of everything you, the team and achievement training did for me ?

Madeleine Burton student at ATL  2015 who achieved and completed Business Administration L3, Madeline now works as the Operations Controller | Plymouth for City Sprint.

Back in May 2019 I had signed up to Achievement Training. On reflection, this was the best thing I could have done!

I was then working in a job which I had seen no future with and had no passion for. It would be an understatement to say I was apprehensive at first when joining the college. I had been out of schooling for a few years, I was not sure if too much time had passed, and it was too late for me to start an apprenticeship. With the support of Achievement Training, I was able to obtain a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship within just a matter of weeks of looking for one,  joining a company as their first apprentice in over 20 years. I am proud to say, with the help of my college tutor Clare Brown I have since obtained distinction level.

Throughout the 18 months I had ample amounts of support and regular communications to answer any and all of my queries. I would like to round this off with a special mention to Lydia. Lydia supported me as an ATL  peer mentor, she has remained in constant contact with myself throughout this entire process, ensuring I had the extra support if needed. We had built up a rapport in which I felt able to confide in her about my worries for upcoming assignments or exams and having recently gone through the process herself, Lydia was able to offer an insight on what I should expect. Without the help of Achievement Training, I would not have been able to succeed as much as I have.

‘ I have loved my time at Achievement training, my tutors have supported me from the very beginning to the very end and were always on hand either via email or phone to answer any questions I had. Every review meeting was always so positive and allowed us to plan out my next goals and what work I should be working towards. The resources and guidance I was sent for my EPA was so useful and I couldn’t have got the grades I did without the support of my tutors and manager.

Thank you achievement Training for truly allowing me to reach my potential’

Employer Feedback

Hey Tracy

I just wanted to email at the end of my second week as an employer of Business Admin apprentice. Thanks so much for your initial support and encouragement, it was daunting taking a leap as a sole trader turned limited company. I am the sole therapist in a growing business and with your expertise felt I could move into taking on an apprentice.
This fortnight has been a revelation! Slots in my diary that were normally booked out to complete admin, return calls, manage social medial platforms and do my basic accounts could be freed up to see clients. I have increased my revenue and reduced my stress levels in one decision.
I am so pleased that I am working with ATL, Skye has been an excellent addition to my company and has given me confidence in increasing my business model to allow other therapists to share my space.
I’d highly recommend small businesses, some traders, family-run businesses take the same leap I did. They won’t regret it!
Thanks so much!
Kindest Regards
Mel

“I have used ATL services for several years and have always found them to be very professional and helpful. They have always structured their training around the needs of the business and it has always been to the highest standard. We have 3 more students that will be taking up training with them in the next few weeks. Excellent friendly staff that have made my apprentices feel very valued. I would not go to another provider for any training that I could source through ATL.”
