Our standard working week is usually 34 hours, Monday to Friday, however there is a good deal of flexibility within many of our roles, with part-time and/or job sharing opportunities available for discussion with the right candidates. Additionally, some flexibility may be required depending on the sector in which you work. All staff receive 36 days annual leave (or pro-rata equivalent), free park-and-ride bus travel from Central Park, plus access to our Cycle-To-Work scheme, as well as fantastic opportunities for professional development and expanding skills and experience.
Want to get into teaching? Trainee positions are usually available for candidates with relevant occupational or technical qualifications/experience. Full formal teaching qualifications, mentorship and study support are provided in-house by our highly experienced team, offering a gateway to becoming a qualified Tutor/Assessor.
