What does the qualification cover?
This qualification is designed to increase learners’ awareness and understanding of behaviour that challenges and its effects.
By completing the qualification, learners will develop in-depth knowledge of behaviour that challenges which could support progression onto other appropriate qualifications and into relevant employment in the health and social care sector. It could be useful to learners working in education settings.
Who is it suitable for?
There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 1 qualification in healthcare, social care, childcare or supporting learning.
Flexible attendance is available on this programme
Students must undertake remote sessions from their home or workplace, learners are expected undertake a minimum of 6 hours of remote input sessions per week.
This course is only available to 19+ learners who can receive free funding under ‘Local Flexibility’ Courses for jobs.
