Apprenticeship Tripartite Review

The Apprenticeship Review Form should be undertaken every 12 weeks. A full list of scheduled reviews can be located in your apprentice's Training Plan. Where an apprentice surpasses their planned end date, apprenticeship reviews should be undertaken every 12 weeks to monitor progress towards EPA Gateway readiness.

The Apprentice, Workplace Mentor and Tutor/Assessor must be involved in all apprenticeship reviews. Where the Workplace Mentor is not available a suitable representative from the Employer can take part and provide feedback. Both the Apprentice and the Tutor/Assessor must sign the review.

Where the Apprentice is not available a review must be rescheduled to the next available date.
