Where an apprentice surpasses their planned end date, apprenticeship reviews should be undertaken every 12 weeks to monitor progress towards EPA Gateway readiness.The Apprentice, Workplace Mentor and Tutor/Assessor must be involved in all apprenticeship reviews.
