   consistency required for mastery.
2. The “Hands-On” Philosophy: You will work on real people and, crucially, act as a model for your peers.
   Experiencing a treatment first-hand is the best way to understand the client’s perspective. Success in hair,
   nails, and beauty is 50% technical skill and 50% communication.
3. The Expert Mindset: We value the science behind the craft. From the science of the hair cuticle to the
   anatomy of the nail bed and the biology of the skin, you’ll dive into the theory, while maintaining an
   impeccable professional image that acts as your own best advertisement.
