Hey Tracy

I just wanted to email at the end of my second week as an employer of Business Admin apprentice. Thanks so much for your initial support and encouragement, it was daunting taking a leap as a sole trader turned limited company. I am the sole therapist in a growing business and with your expertise felt I could move into taking on a apprentice. This fortnight has been a revelation! Slots in my diary that were normally booked out to complete admin, return calls , manage social medial platforms and do my basic accounts could be freed up to see clients. I have increased my revenue and reduced my stress levels in one decision .

I am so pleased that I am working with ATL, Skye has been an excellent addition to my company and has given me confidence in increasing my business model to allow other therapists to share my space .

I’d highly recommend small businesses, some traders , family run business take the same leap I did. They won’t regret it !

Thanks so much !

Kindest Regards

Sue – Tiny Tinkers: I have used ATL services for several years and have always found them to be very professional and helpful. They have always structured their training around the needs of the business and it has always been to the highest standard. We have 3 more students that will be taking up training with them in the next few weeks. Excellent friendly staff that have made my apprentices feel very valued. I would not go to another provider for any training that I could source through ATL.

Graham Coiley – Amano Technologies: Working with Achievement Training has been positive all the way, and most importantly, Amano Technologies have gained a motivated and reliable Apprentice.

Blue Screen IT: Achievement Training has been working alongside Blue Screen IT to support young people into sustainable employment through Apprenticeships and work placements. Blue Screen IT has employed 7 full time Apprentices and 6 young people on work experience activities since 2008. The learners have completed the Apprenticeship programme then been given the opportunity to apply for full time permanent employment position. Blue Screen say that taking on Apprentices has a positive impact on the business. ‘’As a business we strive to help everyone who wants to pursue a career in IT and helping students from a very young age who show an interest in this field is very rewarding. We feel that taking on Apprentices has added value to our company. Having exposure to the real-life working environment puts them all in good stead for when they want to spread their wings. It teaches them the importance of working as a team, on their own initiative, having responsibilities and customer service based roles. Putting what they learn through their qualification into action!’’ Blue Screen rate Achievement Training ‘’10/10’’ for satisfaction and stated how professional the company was, providing great Apprentices that are now well and truly part of the furniture. When asked if Blue Screen IT would recommend Achievement Training to others, they replied ‘’without a doubt.’’
