Next Steps: Completing ATL’s Online Enrolment Forms.
Now you have successfully chosen your apprentice, the next steps will be to complete ATL’s online enrolment forms. These need to be completed by both the employer and the apprentice, these forms allow us to gather the essential information needed to set up your apprenticeship programme.
Apprenticeship Enrolment Form (Employer) – Part 1
Please use this form if you are the employer wanting to enrol a new apprentice.
Apprenticeship Enrolment Form (Apprentice) – Part 2
Please use this form if you are the apprentice wanting to enrol with a new employer.
What Happens After Enrolment?
Once both forms have been submitted and the onboarding process is complete:
- A training plan will be created for the apprentice.
- An appointment will be arranged during the apprentice’s first weeks of employment.
- During this appointment, the tutor will review the course content, explain the delivery
model and answer any questions.
This ensures the apprentice begins their programme with clarity, confidence, and full
understanding of the journey ahead.
