Course Overview
Our nationally recognised qualification is designed to provide individuals with an appreciation and understanding of some key principles of lean organisation management.
This course will help you understand the concept of a lean environment and its benefits, as well as how to implement a productivity needs analysis and understand of what makes an effective team.
What will I learn?
This course is made up of 3 units, these topics include:
• Lean organisation techniques in business.
• Business improvement tools and techniques.
• Working in business teams.
You must meet the following eligibility criteria to be able to apply for this course:
- You must currently live in England.
- You must be over the age of 19, on 31 August in the calendar year your course starts.
- You must be a resident in the UK on the first day of learning.
- You must not be on an apprenticeship.

Please be aware. There is a £150 cancellation fee if you enrol and do not complete or withdraw from the course. This fee is to cover administration costs.
