The support tutors at ATL gave, led to the success of starting a Degree in paramedic science.

Amanda Hennesey came to ATL scared of learning and afraid that she would not achieve but with the support of the E&P team has achieved Functional Skills English and Maths progressing through lower levels to Level 2 and is now entering a degree qualification to become a higher grade paramedic. Amanda says that it was the support of her tutor at ATL which led to her success. Not just teaching but supporting her to believe in herself that she could achieve. Amanda has recommended her NHS paramedic work colleagues, two of whom have signed up to improve their FS Maths and English at ATL.
