What does this qualification cover?

This qualification will focus on the study of possible causes of violence in the workplace and how to reduce the risk of workplace violence and harassment.

Who is it suitable for?

This qualification is suitable for learners aged 16 and above. It is designed for learners who want to increase their knowledge and understanding of Workplace Violence and Harassment across any sector.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 1 qualification.

How is this qualification structured?

To be awarded this qualification, learners are required to successfully complete four mandatory units.

How is it assessed?

This is a knowledge-based qualification which is internally assessed and externally quality assured.

What related qualifications can you progress to?

Learners who achieve this qualification could progress to:

NCFE Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Customer Service (601/7073/6)

NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service (601/3974/2)

NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Skills for Business: Customer Service (603/2491/0).

 

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to be able to apply for this course:

• You must currently live in England
• You must have been resident in the UK/EU for 3+ years, for purposes other than study
• You must be over the age of 19
• You must not be on an apprenticeship
