Esme is celebrating after completing her Apprenticeship.

Hi my name is Esme and I recently completed my traineeship.

I have gained my entry 3 level in maths and English. Through my employability course I created my CV and learned how to conduct myself in interviews.

From there I completed my work experience with Woodford Methodist preschool and went onto an apprenticeship with another nursery provider.

I started here with low confidence and self-esteem and my tutor Mark helped me improve my English and I’m coming back in September to take Level 1. Rita is my traineeship coordinator who supported me in and out of college through emails and messages to keep me motivated and to give me help and advice when needed.

I would recommend Achievement Training to anyone who needs support getting back into education and finding work and at times either feel lost or needs guidance. I want to thank everyone at  Achievement Training.
