Overview of This Apprenticeship Unit
The AI Leadership – AI Delivery and Organisational Transformation unit is he is part of the national Apprenticeship Units programme, designed to help employers rapidly upskill their workforce in emerging, high‑demand areas.
This unit equips leaders with the skills to deliver AI initiatives effectively, manage organisational change, and embed AI into business processes in a way that is sustainable, ethical and strategically aligned. It focuses on practical delivery, change leadership, and transformation management, ensuring organisations can move from AI exploration to real‑world implementation.
Learners are typically employed adults aged 19+, and the content is aligned to employer‑led occupational standards to ensure workplace relevance and impact.

Assessment is based on demonstrating the knowledge and skills outlined in the learning outcomes, aligned to apprenticeship standard.
This unit is designed for employed learners aged 19 and over.
Maximum funding: £750
Apprenticeship units will be fully funded for non-levy paying employers.
Levy payers can use their levy funds to pay for apprenticeship units. This is the first time levy funds can be used for non-apprenticeship training.
