The  Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management is ideal for individuals looking to take their first step into line management and for those who already have some management responsibilities. This combined knowledge and competency-based qualification will build and develop new skills to enhance their management career.

For anyone 19 years old and over the course is delivered on a one to one basis with an assigned tutor, using a blended method of delivery, which will include; monthly meetings, and remote learning.  Your course can start at any time of the year.
