What you will learn
The VTCT Level 2 Award in Thermal Auricular Therapy is a specialist qualification that has been specifically designed to help develop your basic knowledge, practical skills and competencies in; how to provide ear candling treatments on clients.
Underpinning this qualification you will develop your interest and aspiration to work in the beauty industry. You will also develop an underpinning knowledge and understanding of the practical skills learned throughout this qualification.
Ideal if
This short course would be good for someone who is already working in the beauty industry and would like to expand their services, improve their knowledge and gain a qualification in this area.
What next
The purpose of this qualification is to develop your skills and knowledge of beauty therapy which may allow you to progress to a larger course of learning leading to a certificate or diploma qualification. You could go onto other Beauty courses such as:
- Diploma for Beauty Professionals
- Award in Nail Technology
- Diploma in Nail Technology Studies
- are 19-23 and do not already have a level 2 qualification
- are 24+ and unemployed or earn below the National Living Wage annually (£20,319 from April 2023)
