We’re proud to celebrate the achievements of one of our former apprentice learners James, who reached the regional final for Apprentice of the Year!
James completed his Level 3 Software Development Technician apprenticeship with HM Land Registry, earning a Distinction. Despite having no prior experience in software development, James demonstrated exceptional commitment, discipline and a passion for learning that quickly set him apart.
His journey was marked by:

- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisation
- A drive for excellence that impressed both mentors and peers
James joined other finalists at a celebration event in Leicester, recognising the hard work and dedication of apprentices across the region.
